A thousandth signed by Laurent-Perrier is synonymous with pure excellence. 2012 was a year characterized by unstable weather conditions. Winter and spring were punctuated by episodes of frost that had a strong impact on the vineyard. In early June, a storm of rare violence, accompanied by hail, caused significant damage in several municipalities. These extreme conditions were counterbalanced by a dry and sunny summer that favoured optimal ripening of the grapes. The final result is a wine of great finesse and elegance appreciated by enthusiasts all over the world.

CHARACTERISTICS

The view is bright and elegant with a fine and persistent perlage .

The nose is intense and rich, characterized by notes of dried fruits (almonds and hazelnuts) and grilled or toasted aromas. After some years of aging, the nose evolves towards rich nuances of honey and pine resin.

The palate is broad and generous, round and delicate.
