For five generations, the Méa-Devavry family has been cultivating the vineyards inside the estate with passion and dedication, with the constant aim of producing excellent champagne thanks to the use of superior quality grapes. The historic ability to ferment the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in small oak barrels adds complexity and elegance to the incomparable style of Carbon champagne. Carbon is the result of reflections, experiments and tireless work starting from raw elements and elevating them to superb levels making the most of the qualities of soil and grapes creating infinite combinations in order to find the maximum balance for each of his creations.This meticulous route allows Carbon to highlight the distinct aromatic personalities of each cuvée: from Blanc de Blancs Vintages to Rosé. A mix of tradition and innovation wanted by Alexander Mea (head of the House) who, as a great design enthusiast, technology and engines wanted to combine the quality of its wines to the exclusivity of carbon wrapping the bottles in sheets of carbon fiber thus giving life to a unique and inimitable product.
