Ruinart Rosé is an exclusive combination of freshness and exotic notes created with a blend of 45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and the mountain of Reims and 55% Pinot Noir from the mountain of Reims and the Vallée de la Marne, of which 18-19% is vinified in red. This blend harmoniously combines the freshness of Chardonnay with the roundness and character of Pinot Noir and is complemented by a 20-25% reserve wine of two years earlier.

After more than two years of research and development, the Maison de Champagne Ruinart unveils its new box set: Ruinart "Second-Skin", a 100% paper wrap, entirely recyclable and modelled on the shape of the bottle designed by the maison with the desire to pursue a strong commitment to the environmental challenges of tomorrow.

CHARACTERISTICS

The sight is a delicate garnet pink with slightly orange reflections with a persistent perlage.

The nose is fresh and delicate with aromas of exotic fruits and small red fruits.

The mouthfeel is round and fresh with elegant and lively notes of mint and pink grapefruit.

COMPOSITION OF VARIETIES

Pinot noir 55% / Chardonnay 45% (from 20 to 25% of reserve wines of the two previous vintages).
