Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a great elegant Champagne, creamy and delicate born from a blend made of 100% Chardonnay grapes of different vintages (from 20 to 25% of reserve wines of the two previous vintages). A strong predominance of Premier Cru of Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims gives the aromatic finesse, complemented by wines of Sézannais known for their roundness; finally, some wines of the north of the Vallée de la Vesle give a touch of freshness and lightness.

CHARACTERISTICS

The wine shows a pale golden yellow with light green reflections with a lively and persistent perlage.

The nose reveals great intensity, with notes of fresh fruit, in particular ripe citrus.

The palate is soft, harmonious with a very persistent and refreshing finish.

Chardonnay 100% (from 20 to 25% of reserve wines of the two previous vintages).
