- Millesimato&Co was born in the center of Milan from the passion for exclusivity and the constant search for perfection with the aim of offering an exclusive service tailored to the customer's needs, providing champagne and fine wines through a Luxury Delivery service and through an attentive made-to-order service. We also offer a selection of exclusive solutions, creating unique experiences characterized by uncompromising exclusivity, ensuring attention and availability, meeting every single need with professionalism and confidentiality.

- General conditions of sale: the customer, before proceeding with the confirmation of his order, undertakes to read these Conditions and to accept them by selecting the indicated box. The Terms and Conditions are regularized as follows:

The denomination "Millesimato&Co" and the related logo are a registered trademark. The website is the property of Millesimato&Co.By placing an order through the site, the customer guarantees to have the capacity to act necessary to conclude legally binding contracts.By placing an order through the site, the customer guarantees to accept the following conditions.By placing an order through the site, the customer guarantees that he is and has completed 18 years. The products on the site are resold by Millesimato&Co in the form of different methods. The prices are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs can be of a fixed or variable amount, calculated on the basis of various factors such as weight, number of items, destination address of the goods, etc. Shipping costs can also be included in the price of some items or be free in the case of use of certain delivery methods or following a specific promotion. In any case, the user is always informed of the amount of the shipping costs before concluding the purchase procedure and making the payment. The images present on the site regarding the products of the product information sheets may sometimes not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in colour, size and accessory products shown in the figure. The purchase support information is simply informative material / sales advice, therefore not referable to the real characteristics of a single offer. Millesimato&Co may modify the duration, quantity and characteristics of an offer at any time and at its own discretion, it being understood that it will follow up on orders placed during the validity of a given offer. Millesimato&Co offers its products for sale within the limits available at the time of the purchase order. Orders may be subject to minimum or maximum quantity limitations. The methods and procedure for placing and completing an order are clearly highlighted in the sequence of pages on the site, through clear explanations and indications. If, for any reason, Millesimato&Co is not able to complete an order received, will communicate it as a matter of urgency to the customer, and in any case before sending the latter the receipt of acceptance of the Order, except as provided by the following art. 14, paragraph 2. Millesimato&Co reserves, at its total discretion, the right to refuse an order, to set purchase limits and to demand advance payment. Each contract will have as its object exclusively the products expressly and specifically indicated in the purchase order by the user. Any form of contractual or non-contractual liability deriving from the non-acceptance of an order is excluded. The seller will have the right not to process the purchase orders placed in compliance with the provisions of the previous provisions, in the event that the customer does not has paid for the products; or in the event that the customer's data is incomplete and/or incorrect; or even in the event that the ordered products are not, even temporarily, available. In the event that the seller cannot complete an order placed by a customer, he will inform him by email or by telephone and will refund the amount possibly already paid by the customer himself. The customer's personal data will be treated in compliance with the privacy regulations

- Methods of payment: Having taken note of the conditions indicated above, the user can conclude the purchase by following the procedure and instructions on the site. We accept payments through the main payment circuits (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Poste Pay) and by bank transfer. Payment on delivery by cash on delivery or by pos is not possible. The price of the ordered products is the one in effect on the day the order is executed and will not be modified for any reason (except for the addition of further products by the user).

Before completing a purchase, a summary will be displayed where the unit cost of the selected products and the total including shipping (based on the selected method) will be indicated.

The cost of any shipping, delivery or postal costs can be fixed or variable, calculated on the basis of the weight of the goods, the number of items selected and/or the destination address indicated by the User during the purchase process. Shipping costs may also be included in the sale price of some items or may be free if the total amount of the order exceeds a certain value or as a result of a specific promotion. In any case, the user is always informed of the amount of the shipping costs before concluding the purchase procedure and making the payment.

Once the payment has been made, if it is successful, the user will receive a confirmation email containing the information relating to the offer purchased. The confirmation email will contain a summary of the delivery and billing address, the products purchased, any discounts and the amount paid. Once payment has been received, our operators will start preparing the shipment.

- Payment security: Millesimato&Co guarantees maximum security and protection for the data entered by the user and does not process or retain any card data.

The aforementioned data is processed and/or stored by the relevant payment service providers. In fact, the actual payment takes place through protected and encrypted payment data entry fields, served directly by the payment service. Once the transaction has been completed, the banking service provider informs Millesimato&Co of the outcome of the payment, without providing any sensitive information.

Millesimato&Co assumes no responsibility in the event of refusal or various problems relating to the user's card, therefore it cannot in any way be held responsible for direct or indirect consequences deriving from the use of the credit card by the user to pay for the products and /or purchased services.

- Shipping: Millesimato&Co accepts orders for delivery exclusively on the Italian territory, including the islands, with the exception of San Marino, Vatican City.

The shipment of the goods takes place in different times based on the delivery method selected. The information on delivery times try to be as precise as possible but they are in any case indicative information and do not represent a certain date, as it is not always possible to predict any delays due to the courier in charge of delivering to the customer or other causes due to third parties or force higher not attributable to Millesimato&Co.

The "Flash Release" mode provides for products in limited quantities and is developed with the "first come, first served" method, therefore priority will be given to purchases according to this criterion. The same applies to the delivery of these products.

The purchase and therefore the relative shipment can be considered valid only after receipt of the confirmation email from Millesimato&Co.

Through our Luxury Delivery service we guarantee free delivery in 30 minutes in the city of Milan and its surroundings.

Shipments by express courier will have a fixed cost of €15.00 and will depart from Monday to Wednesday, avoiding the permanence of the goods in the couriers' warehouses with delivery times between 24 and 48 hours.

Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery, via email or telephone contact.

In the event of non-delivery of the goods within the times indicated or various problems, the user can contact the Millesimato&Co assistance service which will be available to try to solve the problem.

If the user realizes that he has provided incorrect and/or incomplete information regarding his personal details or the shipping address of the goods, he must immediately communicate this by mail or by telephone.

The User is solely responsible for any indication of incorrect and/or incomplete personal details or delivery address, with the consequent possibility of loss of the amount paid if the goods are delivered to strangers.

Millesimato&Co does not guarantee the possibility of modifying the data supplied by the user in case of delayed communication.

- "Seen and Liked" clause: we carry out a strict selection of our products based on objective parameters relating to conservation and quality. The customer who is not convinced of the state of conservation will be required to return the bottle before opening it, having the right to have the bottle changed at our expense.

- Damaged bottles: in case of damaged bottles, you can contact us at info@millesimatoandco.com, we will contact you as soon as possible to replace or refund the bottle.

- "Taste of the cork": It happens quite rarely but if your bottle tastes corked, keep it with the contents and contact us at info@maillesimatoandco.com. It will be our priority to contact you as soon as possible to proceed with the replacement or refund. Any replacement can only take place with the same bottle, in case of unavailability a refund will be made.The refund or replacement cannot take place in the absence of the bottle.

- Right of withdrawal: In case of problems not with the products purchased, contact us immediately at to explain the problems and send us a photo of the damaged products so that we can evaluate a solution together.

In order to obtain a refund, you must strictly follow the following procedure:

- send an email no later than 14 days from receipt of the product, filling in the document here (withdrawal form) with the refund request and a valid reason. - Send no later than 14 days from your refund communication, i products you wish to return.

The products to be returned must in any case be kept in a perfect manner and returned intact, complete in all their parts, complete with any accessories and leaflets, the identification tags and original labels, where present, still attached to the goods and intact and not tampered with, as well as perfectly fit for use.

As foreseen by the art. 57 paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code, the user is responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good itself.

Millesimato&Co will be able to reduce the refund amount, upon communication within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in case the above characteristics are not respected.

Millesimato&Co may refuse to accept a withdrawal for food products that have been consumed, even partially.

Pursuant to art. 59 of the aforementioned Consumer Code, goods made to measure or customized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are subject to rapid alteration or deterioration, are excluded from the possibility of withdrawal.

Furthermore, in the event of an agreement between the seller and the user where the loss of the right of withdrawal is specified, the latter cannot be exercised.

Any disbursement of sums by way of reimbursement by Millesimato&Co, if due, will take place pursuant to article 56 paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code in the shortest time possible, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the event that gave rise to the refund occurred and in case of withdrawal, from the day on which he became aware of the relative exercise by the User.

- Limitation of right of withdrawal: Returned products that are damaged or used in a different and further way than what is strictly necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning will be reimbursed after deduction of the decrease in value resulting from the damage or use. Reimbursement is excluded when the decrease in value is total. The User is requested to insert a copy of the delivery document received inside the package. The right of withdrawal is in any case excluded in relation to:

goods made to measure or clearly personalized; the supply of goods which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly; the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery.

- Computer problems: Millesimato&Co will not be in any way responsible for computer damages (viruses, bad use of the site, software problems, etc.) that prevent or delay the provision of services if these are due to external causes, force majeure and/or third parties not dependent on the will of the owner. Millesimato&Co will only assume responsibility in relation to any problems or inefficiencies relating to the sale of the products.

Obviously Millesimato&Co cannot be held responsible for events/disservices caused by third parties or force majeure events that cannot be controlled nor foreseen.

- Intellectual property: Millesimato&Co is the owner of the website and of all rights relating to logos and graphic contents within the same and to the social page. The sharing and use of all the logos and distinctive signs of the brand for personal purposes is prohibited, unless previously agreed by Millesimato&Co and the third party.
